Tue..SW wind 5 to 15 kt becoming N 10 to 20 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 1 to 3 ft.
Tue night..N wind 15 to 25 kt becoming S 5 to 15 kt after midnight. Wind waves 2 to 4 ft subsiding to 2 ft or less after midnight.
Wed..SW wind to 10 kt becoming N 5 to 15 kt in the afternoon. Wind waves 2 ft or less.

Synopsis for the northern and central washington coastal and inland waters..A frontal system will move across the waters early this morning. High pressure will build back over the area tonight and Tuesday with the ridge remaining in place Wednesday into Thursday. A thermally induced surface trough will build northward along the coast later Thursday into Friday.
